Deine Aufgaben:
•Du bist unsere Stimme nach außen und nimmst Anrufe aus aller Welt entgegen.
•Du begrüßt unsere Gäste und Geschäftspartner herzlich bei ihrer Ankunft.
•Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Besprechungsräume immer top vorbereitet sind.
•Du unterstützt bei administrativen Aufgaben und behältst dabei den Überblick.

Das bringst du mit:
•Du bist Schülerin oder Studentin (mindestens 15 Jahre alt).
•Sprachen liegen dir: Französisch und Englisch kannst du gut, Niederländisch ist ein Plus.
•Mit dem Computer kommst du locker klar – MS Office ist für dich kein Problem.
•Du gehst freundlich und aufgeschlossen auf Menschen zu.
•Flexibilität ist für dich kein Fremdwort.
