Analīzes nav jēgas taisīt, ja ir skaidrs, ka borēlijas ir izveidojušas persistējošas formas (8 gadi ir vairāk kā pietiekami ilgs laiks). Labāk par to naudu sapirkt uztura bagātinātājus.

Es iesaku skudrukoka mizu (pau darco), melno ķimeņu eļļu un ķiplokus. Regulāri, gadiem ilgi. Svarīgi ir ne tikai lietot šos antibakteriālos līdzekļus, bet arī vitamīnus. C vitamīnu var uzņemt ar ogām un augļiem. D vitamīnu sauļojoties (bet izvairīties no apdeguma), bet no oktobra lietot vai nu mencu aknu eļļu vai sagitus nateo D vai citas kapsulas. A vitamīns arī ir svarīgs imunitātei, te iesaku haizivs aknu eļļu.

Pau darco vietā var lietot, cat's claw, japanese knotweed un ir daudzi citi ārstniecības augi, par kuriem var lasīt šīs grupas komentāros regulāri.

Svarīgi izvairīties no laktozes un rūpnieciskā cukura. Tātad no piena produktiem tikai nogatavināts siers. Cukuru var aizstāt ar dabīgo medu, ja nepieciešams.

Svarīgi ir regulāri karsēties pirtī vai 42C vannā. Esmu saņēmis pozitīvas atsauksmes tieši par ieteikumu regulāri iet vannā.

Protams, ka bez ķiplokiem ir vesela virkne citu antibakteriālo ēdienu: sīpoli, melnie rutki, kokosriekstu eļļa, dzērvenes...

When dealing with persistent lyme disease (borrelia burgdorferi) it is important to keep your vitamin D levels up. Usually we are being told that the best source of vitamin D is cod liver oil (fish oil). Of course, in sunlight our skin produces vitamin D3 from cholesterol. But here is German plant based vitamin D complex which indicates plants where vitamin D was sourced from. List is:

Previously I was using Ecosh Pau d'Arco capsules for 18 eur per 100 capsules, altogether 50 grams of Pau d'Arco powder with 10% extract. Earning a lot of money can be a challenge for someone with chronic Lyme disease so I decided to give up capsules to find less expensive solution.

This (in the photo) is just powder of Pau d'Arco bark. 100 grams for 12 euros. Which means more than 2x difference in price. It does not contain extract however, but still, I needed some change. Blood tests still show that I am +.

Last year I found out that combating persistent lyme disease requires at least 3 different antibiotics for at least 28 day period (life cycle of borrelia). If test is still positive, another period of 28 days is done. And so on until negative. Pau d'Arco lowered my IgG test readings from 900 to 140. Aim is to go below 22. So Pau d'Arco alone was not enough. That is why I started to take also Cat's Claw. And this week I also started to take Ginkgo Biloba to reverse spyrochete damage to my brain. Some youtubers say Ginkgo Biloba boosts immunity.

Of course I also eat local garlic and arthemisia absynthum every day. Eating garlic requires special approach - it needs to be chewed on gradually and kept in a mouth as long as possible. Swallowing unchewed garlic is a waste of it and can be stressfull for stomach. I also harvested a lot of apples to keep my vitamin C in level.

I did DNA test which gave me a result that I am not good at producing vitamin D from sunlight. So I started to take vegan algae vitamin D3 (made by Latvian producer Sagitus).

I am planning to take theBorrelia Birgdorferi IgG test in March 2024. Wish me luck!

If lyme disease expert from Poland says that permanent lyme disease requires at least 3 different antibiotics at the same time, then besides Pau d'Arco I should use two other herbal remedies.

Number 2 would be Cats claw.

What could be number 3? Garlic? Nigella sativa? Arthemisium absynthum?

Starting October I switched from Pau d'Arco to Cat's Claw Bark (Uncaria Tomentosa). Now is November 22 and my observations are the following:

- Cat's Claw is more expensive than Pau d'Arco. Equal packages of NOW Cat's Claw cost 12 eur, Ecosh Pau d'Arco 18 eur. However pau d'Arco seems to be twice as stronger. That means you will need 4 capsules of Cat's Claw to replace 2 Pau d'Arco. In fact, it is written on the label of Pau d'Arco, that recomended dosage is 2 capsules a day, however Cat's Claw label reads "Take 2 capsules, 2 to 3 times daily". So it is actually 18 eur (pau darco) vs 24 eur (cats claw), which is extra 6 eur per 50 days for Cat's Claw.

- both cat's claw and pau darco give me humming noise in my head (side effect).

- I tried Swansons cat's Claw. I found the shells of capsules unpleasant, so I bought some packages of vegan capsules from NOW.

One more " zero waste" observation. I took 3 packages of NOW Cat's Claw, opened them up and managed to distribute contents of one into other two. So in case of travel it is possible to save space in luggage. I however like to save space on my shelves already.

Conclusion. If you've been diagnosed with persistent lyme disease, start with Pau d'Arco. If you are not capable to reach negative tests within a few years, switch to Cat's Claw. Do not forget about other means like organic vegan food, sugar free diet, fasting, hot baths, saunas, sweaty excercizing.

P.S. Farmaceuticals is not my field of interest and should be discussed with your doctor. My personal belief is that I don't want them.

This summer I tried to use less pau darco, only 1 capsule a day. After two months I did test Borrelia Burgdorferi IgG. It went from 140 to almost 900. So my Lyme disease is still persistent in me. Pau d'Arco helps to deactivate it, but it does not clean me up.

I am taking Pau d'Arco since 2019, it helped a lot, especially higher than 2 capsules a day dose. But now I feel I should try something else. And it is Cat's claw (Uncaria Tormentosa). I never took it, so my body does not know it and does not have any resistance to it. Suggested dose is 2 capsules a day, so I will take 3 to give my parasites harder time. Now is October 1, 2023, and I switch from Pau d'Arco to Cats claw. Cats claw is widely known remedy versus borrelia burgdorferi.

Besides herbal remedies I also started to take hot baths. I heard that in Germany Lyme disease is being treated by heating patient to 42 degrees for 2 hours. If patient can handle this. I bet parasites can't. Science says that higher body temperatures make immunity cells more effective. I start with very hot water, painful to step in, and I stay in bath for an hour. I keep sweating afterwards and my head aches next day. I wonder what causes headache. I hope it is toxines released by dieing parasites. I get used to it and headache is not so bad next time.

My best friend also brought me a mushroom to make apple cider. Apple cider vinegar also acts against parasites, including borrelia burgdorferi. So I am juicing apples and making apple cider. I doubt though that it is an effective remedy. But it should help me lower my sugars, that is better in case of any infection.

And I started volunteering at beekeeper. And I let bees sting me. Bees poison makes me feel better, too.

I keep fighting and I am determined to get rid of permanent tick infection.

Last year I understood that I have a side effect from pau d'Arco - hum noise in my ears. I was thinking all the time why this side effect is now present. Recently I looked at Ecosh Life Supplements Pau d'Arco bottle and noticed a change.

Previously Ecosh used Tabebuia Impetiginosa for their Pau d'Arco pills. Batch 408062 bought in spring 2022 contains different Tabebuia specie -

Tabebuia avellanedae.

Now I must read online, what this avellanedae tabebuia is. And I must decide if I should give up Ecosh and search for other supplier that is still using impetiginosa specie. Because that humming noise bothers me.

One of factors that makes my lyme borrelia infection worse is ecoanxiety or stress associated with environmental polution. Any stress results in higher levels of cortisol, which prepares your body to fight by redirecting body energy from immunity to higher physical activity. But our environment is only getting more polluted every day, and spending the rest of my life as a cortisol factory with suppressed immunity does not sound as a good option. I bought land and moved to the country to reduce stress, but it did not work, since outside of my property I see a lot of environment pollution with pesticides and burning of plastic trash. I have no solution to these problems, except for watching some movies to distract my attention. Longer bicyclerides help as well, but it all requires a lot of time. Some foods act as antidepressants, like organic bananas. But this is not enough. You can comment your suggestions below.

I finally got my first official covid19 infection. It does not feel any different from any other "common cold" or flu in my case. I must confess, that infection coincided with some alcohol and sugary sweets consumption. I ate 500g of zephyr in two days, and what is better food for infections than nice white sugar powder? Of course, I took Pau d'Arco, and of course they helped against covid as well.
