I'm doing CrossFit for 1 year now. Before that I did street workouts for two years. I like crossfit because it's different every workout! You can train it with minimum or even without any equipment at all. If you are creative you can train for free and find places all over the world that you can use as your gym and equipment. When I meet people in workout places they are always friendly. Training
