Unraveling the Roots of ANXIETY by Neutralizing TRAUMATIC MEMORIES for Lasting Relief🌟 The role of traumatic memories in perpetuating anxiety and executive burnout 😰 - it’s a topic that is incredibly close to my heart and crucial for our well-being.

As an executive anxiety mentor and coach, I've witnessed firsthand how addressing and NEUTRALIZING these memories with innovative techniques can make a significant impact on REDUCING ANXIETY and preventing burnout.✨

Anxiety and burnout, as many of us know, can be complex and overwhelming patterns that emerge in our high-pressure lives.💼 But did you know that these patterns are often rooted in traumatic memories? These MEMORIES act as TRIGGERS, causing our minds to enter a state of anxiety, affecting our performance and well-being, even in seemingly unrelated situations.🧠

For instance, someone who experienced a HIGH-STRESS PROJECT failure might develop PERFORMANCE ANXIETY as an executive. My name is Ugis Strauss, and I am an Anxiety /Trauma/ Burnout Prevention Coach for Executives, an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, and an Entrepreneur. I am the founder of Nordic Training International/ Nordic Group / Practicals– a company offering international management training and business simulations.

Over the past 28 years, I have flourished as a management trainer for corporations and as a business/life coach, mainly working with executives. I have developed more than 25 different management training and over 10 business simulations and board games. I have trained over 10,000 people and mentored about 100 trainers throughout my career. I am happily married, blessed with a wonderful wife and two sons, and we currently reside in Jurmala, Latvia.

Eight years ago, I experienced a life-altering incident – a fire in my house. The fire was so sudden that I was forced to jump out of a window with a young child in my arms. Thankfully, we all survived, but I suffered severe injuries, breaking my back and both feet. For four days, I was uncertain if I would ever walk again.

To my relief, after five months of intense physical recovery, I managed to walk again! My physical recovery was beyond expectations, and I'm even able to ski now. However, the accident left me with lingering fears and amplified anxiety, leading to occasional panic attacks.

In my search for coping mechanisms, I discovered a little-known, neuroscience-based intervention that effectively eradicated my fears, anxiety symptoms, and panic attacks within roughly six weeks.

Encouraged by my recovery, I incorporated this method into my coaching sessions to help clients overcome their anxieties and fears. The results were astounding! Having successfully helped the first 60 individuals in one-on-one sessions, I began group coaching, which proved to be equally effective. Over the past three years, I have assisted more than several hundred people in managing their anxieties, thus profoundly influencing their lives.

Several remarkable successes include helping a client who had severe panic attacks daily for seven years, stopping these attacks by the third week of our sessions, and a client with a paralyzing fear of public speaking overcome his fear by neutralizing a traumatic childhood memory.

In another instance, I helped a r**e victim who had been tormented by her memories for 20 years to erase the disturbing memory in just five minutes. A year later, she mentioned that she had completely forgotten about the incident.

I have also assisted clients in overcoming long-term depression, recovering from divorce, and escaping cancer-treatment-related depression. This last one enabled them to endure the chemotherapy with greater ease, maintain positivity, and start to view their illness as a part of their healing journey.

I am humbled to have even contributed to preventing five suicides.

in 2022 I established a self-financed charity project delivering mental health support to Ukraine war victims struggling with Post Traumatic Stress, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Sleep disorders etc. With the help of BSW Neurokinesis techniques me and my Ukrainian team of volunteers (coaches and mentors), we were able to create significant and lasting improvement in mental condition for more than 7000 Ukrainians. Format: one month-long online training with recordings available plus group mentoring in small groups. Our internal study showed an average of 42% improvement (lasting) across 21 PTSD symptoms for all training participants who completed the program - in just 4 weeks!!!!

Reflecting on the numerous cases I have handled, I feel a deep sense of fulfillment. It brings me immense pleasure to help my clients free themselves from some of their greatest pain sources and open up to more pleasurable experiences and opportunities. I often feel that this work, with its potential to profoundly impact someone's life, is even more valuable than the training I deliver to corporations. Ironically, this gratifying journey would not have commenced if I hadn't experienced my own trauma, which solidifies my belief that every situation, however dire, carries a silver lining.
