*World Health Day & World CBT Day~*
We will organize World Health Day (WHD) and World Cognitive Behavioral Therapy day (WCBTD), the power of CBT to make our daily lives healthier and happier.
CBT is a simple, practical way to understand how our thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. When our thinking becomes negative or unhelpful, it can affect our mood, increase stress, and even impact our physical health. CBT helps us notice these patterns and gently shift them toward healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.
Life today can be stressful and fast-paced. Many of us face challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, panic, phobias, or struggles with substance use. CBT gives tools to manage these challenges, calm the mind, reduce stress, and build emotional strength.
Long-term stress keeps our body in a constant “alert mode.” CBT helps us pause, reset our thoughts, and take back control. It teaches us to turn negative thinking into positive, realistic perspectives.
CBT also helps in relationships and family life. It can support couples in communicating better and resolving conflicts. In schools, it helps children develop confidence, positive behavior, and learning skills.
Good mental health grows where people feel safe, supported, and understood. This is especially important for women, children, and communities going through tough times.
The theme for World Health Day 2026 is “Together for Health: Stand with Science.” By coming together and using approaches like CBT, we can make our communities stronger and healthier.
Let’s use this day to care for our minds, support one another, and spread hope. Small changes in how we think can make a big difference in our lives.
