There are 8,500 active people in this Facebook group. Everyone here was added because you came to the studio and showed interest in yoga. Actually, you were happy when yoga entered your life.
When we first met, I told you two things:
1. I will do my best to motivate and inspire you to practice yoga regularly so you can live a healthy and happy life.
2. You will need to work very hard to keep yoga in your life, because everything outside of yoga will try to distract you from it — and from the benefits yoga gives: more awareness, better health, and a stronger mind.
While I am proud of so many of you who continue to show up, this message is for the rest of you — because time does not forgive.
Once upon a time, many years ago, I lost myself. I was broken. If nothing changed, I would have lived a miserable life filled with suffering.
When my desperation reached its peak, I received a message from an old friend:
“Hey Denis, I remember you used to work in a fitness gym. Do you know anything about yoga? Which yoga is good for my mom?”
As I replied, “Tell your mom to practice Bikram yoga,” I suddenly remembered — I used to practice Bikram yoga too.
I’m here to remind you that you used to practice Bikram yoga.
And you felt freaking amazing when you did.
You became the master of your life. Your days were filled with positivity, joy, ease, and comfort.
But like all good things in life, to keep it going you must maintain it.
And this is where many of you stopped showing up.
These are the qualities we work on every time we practice: self-control, determination, discipline, concentration, and patience.
We train them inside the yoga room so we can live better lives outside of it.
You think hot yoga is hard? Try life.
Hot yoga is practice.
Life is the test.
The real yoga begins after class — when you face the world, its challenges, opportunities, and realities.
We have 14 classes every week:
6 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 6 in the evening.
Do you believe your life will be better if you practice yoga?
Yes or no.
If the answer is yes — you know what to do.
If you managed to read this message to the end, post this emoji 🚀 — I have a surprise gift for you.
Have a wonderful day, and see you in class tonight at 19:00.
Tomorrow at 09:30.
Sunday at 10:30 & 19:00.
The March schedule is on our website:

Booking in advance will help you keep yoga in your life.
Thank you for reading.
Love,
Denis 🙏
