Bikram Yoga Riga In April of 2011 the first Bikram Yoga studio in the Baltics opened its doors in Riga. It is practiced in a room heated to + 40.6°C and run exactly 90 minutes.

The sequence of postures always remains the same in order to ensure a systematic workout of every part of the body. Hi everyone 🙏

To keep classes running smoothly, classes will stay on schedule only if there are sign-ups at least 12 hours in advance. If there are no sign-ups by then, the class may be cancelled.

The January schedule is now online, and you can book your classes in advance. Booking ahead helps me plan and be fully present for you, and people who schedule themselves ahead of time are much more likely to actually show up and keep a regular practice.

Stress is the biggest thing that weakens your immune system — and most people don’t even realize it.
Your immune system grows stronger when your nervous system feels calmer.

What we practice in the hot yoga room is really top level for your immune system and for reprogramming your nervous system. This is actually scientific.

In simple words, we learn how to breathe in a way that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the part of the nervous system that helps you calm down, relax, and recover.

When the parasympathetic nervous system is active, the body moves out of stress mode and into healing mode. This is when the body actually starts to heal itself.

In class, we do this with the two breaths after every posture (asana). It might look simple, but it’s very powerful. For 90 minutes, posture after posture, breath after breath, we are training the nervous system.

This is a superpower yogis develop.
We learn how to control how we respond in a very unpredictable world.

Less stress means a calmer nervous system.
A calmer nervous system means a stronger immune system.

That’s why this practice goes far beyond flexibility or sweating.

We are planning to add a 06:30 morning hot yoga class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, based on sufficient interest.

To make this happen, we need at least 15 committed people to purchase a prepaid morning yoga membership.
There is a 1-month option and a discounted 3-month option.

Morning yoga builds discipline, focus, and consistency—before the day takes over.
If you want 2026 to be different, I invite you to step out of your comfort zone and into the morning hot yoga room. 🔥
