Yoga & Thai yoga massage

The idea about Myrga was born somewhere in-between the blue Indian ocean and the green Latvian forests. The name means “shimmering light” and is a synonyme to the meaning of my real name, given by my parents. I deeply resonate with this name as I believe, that behind the matter we all are One - beautiful lights - small, shining particles - connecting, disconnecting and reconnecting again. Universal, ever present, united.

To be in this reality is what Yoga means to me. It is coming Home. And I love to share, so welcome!

I am Yoga allience certified yoga teacher (200RYT) and give regular yoga classes in Hatha yoga and Prenatal yoga. Besides that I am currently diving into the Art of Healing touch, better known as Thai Yoga massage. It is a beautiful way how to connect with others beyond the appearances, but at at the same time respecting the body - as the temple of our spirit.

I hope Myrga to become a space, where we can connect, share and feel united - respectfully and gracefully.
