KETO IS MAGIC BUT — CALORIES STILL MATTER!😩

Yes, keto can help reduce hunger and improve energy levels.
But if you’re eating in a calorie surplus, fat loss will stall — even if you’re technically “doing keto.”

The truth is simple: Calories In vs. Calories Out is still the foundation of fat loss. Just because something is keto-friendly doesn’t mean it’s calorie-free.
Nuts, cheese, oils, and low-carb desserts can add up quickly — and push you out of a deficit. Keto can be an effective tool, but it doesn't override basic science.

Cooking keto friendly recipes is a must, that’s why we are happy to share this delicious recipe with you: Zucchini noodles in creamy sauce!

✔You will need: zucchini, mushrooms, onions, chicken, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, greek yogurt, cliantro.

🥣Recipe:

Cut chicken fillet into pieces. Slice mushrooms and onion. Heat olive oil on a pan, add onions and fry for a few minutes. Add chicken and mushrooms to pan. Cook until meat is cooked through and excess liquid has evaporated. Meanwhile, prepare zucchini noodles using vegetable peeler or knife. Thinly slice zucchini and cut into 0.5 inch strips. Mix non-flavoured yogurt with chopped herbs of choice parsley, cilantro, green onions, garlic etc, pinch of pepper and salt. Set aside prepared mushroom-chicken mix. Add zucchini noodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add yogurt and mushroom-chicken mix to the pan and combine well. Cook for another few minutes. Serve!

Cooking at home should be fun. Try to cook this delicious green bean salmon curry!

✔You will need: onions, green beans, curry, garlic powder, salmon, coconut milk, olive oil, salt, black pepper, basil.

🥣Instructions:

Cook diced onion in olive oil until translucent. Add in diced green beans and sauté for a few minutes more. Add in about a cup of water and bring to a boil. Add in the curry powder, garlic powder and diced salmon. Add in canned coconut milk and simmer until the salmon is cooked (3-5 minutes). Add a small pinch of salt, ground pepper and serve with chopped basil!

Another day, another recipe. This one you must try- Portobello stuffed mushrooms!

✔You will need: Portobello mushrooms, eggs, semi-hard cheese, salt, pepper, cilantro.

🥣Preparation:

Take 2 portobello mushrooms and place on a baking dish, covered with parchment paper. Crack an egg into each mushroom. Sprinkle mushrooms with grated cheese, pepper and pinch of salt (optional). Cook stuffed mushrooms in the oven at 170º C for 10 minutes or until they are soft and egg is cooked through. Serve with fresh herbs, for example, cilantro or green onions.

1️⃣ Keto diet makes you sick- When starting the diet, some people can experience symptoms such as fatigue, headaches and muscle aches.
