Another day, another recipe. This one you must try- Portobello stuffed mushrooms!

✔You will need: Portobello mushrooms, eggs, semi-hard cheese, salt, pepper, cilantro.

🥣Preparation:

Take 2 portobello mushrooms and place on a baking dish, covered with parchment paper. Crack an egg into each mushroom. Sprinkle mushrooms with grated cheese, pepper and pinch of salt (optional). Cook stuffed mushrooms in the oven at 170º C for 10 minutes or until they are soft and egg is cooked through. Serve with fresh herbs, for example, cilantro or green onions.

Here are some of our favourite keto friendly vegetables and fruits, based on their net carbohydrate content per 100 gram serving:

✔Asparagus: 1g.
✔Lettuce: 2g.
✔Spinach: 2g.
✔Swiss Chard: 2g.
✔Celery: 2g.
✔Avocado: 2g.
✔Cabbage: 3g.
✔Green Olives: 3g.
✔Cucumber: 2g.

What a weekend without delicious dinner? Check out this amazing steak recipe!

📍You will need: beef steak, tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, parsley, basil, olive oil, apple vinegar, salt and pepper.

💚Preparation:

Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Chop tomatoes into small dice. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, finely chopped onion and bell pepper, parsley, basil, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well and add small pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Salt the steak on both sides. Heat the extra olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over a high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the steak.
Cook for 2 minutes, then turn and cook a further 2-3 minutes and brown the sides as well. Remove and rest for 4 minutes on a wire rack in a warm place. Serve the steak with salsa.

Every now and then we all have some cravings for snacks.

It is no secret that many people consider cookies, chips or any other sweet or salty foods as a snack, but as keto diet is quit strict about what you can eat and what you can not, then here are some amazing keto friendly snacks!

For sweet tooth we suggest: nuts, blueberries, keto friendly cookies (coconut), greek yoghurt with berries, seeds (roasted or raw), low carb seed & nut bars, keto friendly ice-cream.

For salty taste we suggest: olives, cheese, keto pizza, kale chips, low carb crackers with guacamole, low carb muffins for example, spinach and mushroom muffins with cheese.

There are plenty of great choices what can be an amazing snack on keto diet.

But remember snacking too much will not replace your daily meal. It is important to have a proper meal at least 2-3 times per day.
