Acharya Rajesh Ji emphasised that our brain creates Maya or illusions. Unless we understand the working or tendency of our brain we will not be able to understand our true nature because our brain is the only place where all the experiences (real or imagined) take place.
He helps people to understand their “Narrative Self” and explore their “True Self” with various meditative techniques like mindfulness living, deep meditation, past life regression therapy, deep relaxation and various guided meditation to overcome their sufferings.
He has specialization in the subconscious mind and “Ego" that guides our feelings, emotions, thoughts and behavior. He has realised that our irrational and unchallenged beliefs are the root cause of our suffering. He is highly passionate to assist true seekers to indentify such beliefs and overcome most of human suffering. As a teacher, he draws on the latest neuro-science, correlates with human suffering scientifically and has good understanding of human Ego.
His own experiences have shaped his life to live with mindfulness and persistently practice true ancient yogi’s life.
Acharya Rajesh Bhatt has studied the secrets of Yog under some outstanding teachers from various masters at Himalaya since 2004. He still labels himself as student or learner and stresses that learning is a lifelong process which never ends. He says that a true teacher does not have anything to give or add to you, such as new ideas, beliefs, opinion, rituals or values which separate you from the reality but a true teacher helps you to understand who you already are in your deep beingness or self.
The essence of his teaching is not in his words but within you. His teaching is beyond of religious boundaries. His effective teaching has helped various people from all over the world.
