في إطار تعزيز الوعي الصحي لدى المجتمع، نظّمت لجنة التعليم الطبي SCOME وبرعاية كريمة من صيدلية جنات
صيدلية جنّات - Jannat Pharmacy
فعالية توعوية حول الإسعافات الأولية للغرق، وذلك يومي 6 و7 أغسطس بمنتجع النخلة الذهبية و A-One.

تضمّن البرنامج محاضرات وورش عملية ركزت على توضيح الطرق السليمة لإنقاذ الغريق، وتدريب المشاركين على خطوات الإسعافات الأولية، إضافة إلى نشر ثقافة الوقاية والوعي بخطورة حوادث الغرق.

وتتقدم اللجنة بجزيل الشكر إلى الراعي الكريم والداعمين، وإلى كافة الحضور على تفاعلهم المثمر، مؤكدة استمرارها في إقامة مثل هذه الأنشطة الهادفة لخدمة المجتمع، ابقوا بالقرب للمزيد!🖤

As part of enhancing community health awareness, the Medical Education Committee SCOME, with the kind sponsorship of Jannat Pharmacy, organized an awareness event on first aid for drowning on August 6 and 7 at Golden Palm Resort and A-One.

The program included lectures and practical workshops aimed at clarifying the correct methods of rescuing a drowning person, training participants on first aid steps, and promoting a culture of prevention and awareness of the dangers of drowning incidents.

The committee extends its sincere thanks to the sponsor and supporters, as well as to all attendees for their fruitful engagement, affirming its commitment to continuing such purposeful activities in service of the community.🖤

قامت الجمعية الليبية لطلاب الطب والأطباء الشباب – فرع جامعة ليبيا الدولية، بالتعاون مع د. إيمان الحاسي، مدير مركز المهارات بالجامعة، وبمشاركة استشاري أمراض الغدد الصماء د. أحمد عبدالقادر المغربي، بتنظيم ورشة عمل مكثفة ليوم واحد.

تضمنت الورشة تدريبًا عمليًا على:
• Needle Cricothyrotomy
• CPR
• Cannulation
• Endotracheal Intubation

وقد أتيح لجميع المشاركين التدريب بشكل فردي دون استثناء.

The Libyan Association of Medical Students and Young Doctors – Libya International University Branch, in collaboration with Dr. Iman Alhassi, Director of the Skills Center at the university, and with the participation of Endocrinology Consultant Dr. Ahmed Abdelkader Al-Maghribi, organized an intensive one-day workshop.

The workshop included practical training on:
• Needle Cricothyrotomy
• CPR
• Cannulation
• Endotracheal Intubation

All participants had the opportunity to train individually without exception.

نظمت لجنة الصحة الإنجابية SCORA فعالية توعوية حول الرضاعة الطبيعية بتاريخ 14/08/2025، وذلك باستضافة مطعم وكافيه A-One، تزامناً مع الأسبوع العالمي للرضاعة الطبيعية.

جاء هذا اللقاء لتسليط الضوء على أهمية الرضاعة الطبيعية ودورها في تعزيز صحة الأم والطفل، مع مناقشة فوائدها الصحية، والتحديات التي قد تواجه الأمهات، إلى جانب تصحيح بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بها وبالحليب الصناعي. كما تم التأكيد على أهمية الدعم من العائلة والكادر الطبي لإنجاح تجربة الرضاعة، وإتاحة مساحة تفاعلية للأمهات للتعبير عن احتياجاتهن وتجاربهن.

On 14/08/2025, the Standing Committee on Reproductive Health and Rights including HIV and AIDS (SCORA) organized an awareness event on breastfeeding, hosted by A-One Restaurant & Cafe, in conjunction with World Breastfeeding Week.

The event aimed to highlight the importance of breastfeeding and its role in promoting maternal and child health, while addressing its benefits, the challenges mothers may face, and correcting misconceptions surrounding natural and formula feeding. It also emphasized the vital role of families and healthcare providers in ensuring a successful breastfeeding experience, while offering an interactive space for mothers to share their needs and experiences.

We extend our sincere thanks to A-One Restaurant & Cafe for their generous hosting and fruitful cooperation, and we value the active participation of the mothers, which reflected genuine interest and eagerness to learn and support.

اختتمت لجنة حقوق الإنسان والسلام حملتها التوعوية باضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه (ADHD) في محطتها الأخيرة بـ الداون تاون بتاريخ 31/07/2025.

كانت هذه الحملة خطوة مهمة لنشر الوعي، وتصحيح المفاهيم، ودعم كل من يتعايش مع هذا الاضطراب.

لأن الصحة النفسية جزء لا يتجزأ من حياتنا، من واجبنا أن نوصل صوت التوعية، ونكون سندًا لمن يحتاج الفهم والدعم.

The Human Rights and Peace Committee concluded its awareness campaign on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at its final stop in Downtown on 31/07/2025.

This campaign was an important step in raising awareness, correcting misconceptions, and supporting those living with the disorder.

Because mental health is an essential part of our lives, it is our duty to spread awareness and be a support to those who need understanding and care.

وذلك بتاريخ 30/07/2025.

جاءت هذه المحطة استمرارًا لجهود اللجنة في نشر الوعي، وتصحيح المفاهيم، ودعم الأفراد الذين يعانون أو يتعايشون مع هذا الاضطراب.

The Human Rights and Peace Committee continued its awareness campaign on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with its second destination at Al-Nakhla Al-Dhahabiya on 30/07/2025.

This stop came as part of the committee’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness, correct misconceptions, and support individuals who suffer from or live with this disorder.

نُعلن عن انطلاق فعاليات الحملة التوعوية التي تنظمها لجنة حقوق الإنسان والسلام حول اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه (ADHD).

وعلى مدى ثلاثة أيام من الإلهام، والمعرفة، والتغيير، تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي، وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة، وتقديم الدعم لكل من يعاني أو يتعايش مع هذا الاضطراب.

وتُقام هذه الحملة بالتعاون بين أربع دول عربية شريكة، وهي:
تونس، الجزائر، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والأردن.

We announce the launch of the awareness campaign organized by the Human Rights and Peace Committee regarding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Over the course of three days filled with inspiration, knowledge, and change, this initiative aims to raise awareness, correct misconceptions, and provide support to everyone who suffers from or lives with ADHD.

This campaign is held in cooperation between four partner Arab countries:
Tunisia, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan.

The “Know Your Numbers” campaign concluded at A-One Resort, as part of the Public Health Committee’s efforts to promote health awareness.
The final day targeted resort visitors by providing free blood pressure checks, along with awareness on the importance of regular monitoring.

لقد كان الفقيد مثالاً في الالتزام والعطاء، وأسهم بإخلاص في خدمة مجاله وزملائه، تاركًا أثرًا طيبًا في كل من عرفه.

في إطار جهود لجنة الصحة العامة لرفع الوعي الصحي، نُفذت أولى زيارات حملة “اعرف أرقامك” بتاريخ 22-5 إلى مجتمع أفينو، حيث استهدفت الزوار بتقديم توعية مبسطة حول أهمية مراقبة ضغط الدم، إلى جانب توفير خدمة قياس ضغط الدم مجانًا.

حظيت الحملة بتفاعل مشجع وأكدت أهمية متابعة ضغط الدم بانتظام، كونوا بالقرب للمزيد!💕

Community Awareness for the “Know Your Numbers” Campaign.
As part of the Public Health Committee’s efforts to raise health awareness, the first visit of the “Know Your Numbers” campaign was carried out on 22-5 to the Aveno community, targeting visitors by providing simple awareness about the importance of monitoring blood pressure, alongside offering free blood pressure measurement services.

في إطار الحملة الوطنية لقياس ضغط الدم تحت شعار “اعرف أرقامك”، نظّمت لجنة الصحة العامة تدريبها بتاريخ 14.5 في الجامعة الليبية الدولية، حيث خضع الطلبة لتدريب عملي على كيفية قياس ضغط الدم والتعامل مع قراءاته بطريقة صحيحة.

أما الجزء التوعوي المخصص للجمهور، والذي تضمن قياس الضغط والتوعية المجتمعية، كونوا بالقرب لمعرفه تفاصيله قريبًا! 💕

As part of the National Blood Pressure Measurement Campaign under the slogan “Know Your Numbers”, the Public Health Committee organized its training on 14.5 at the Libyan International Medical University, during which students received hands-on training on how to measure blood pressure and interpret its readings correctly.

تناولت الورشة أهم الأسس والمفاتيح التي يحتاجها طالب الطب لكتابة سيرة ذاتية قوية واحترافية، تساعده في التقديم للفرص الأكاديمية والإكلينيكية المختلفة.
