What is HOCI?

Aside from water, the only other ingredient of Shield Plus and HelloDuckling is HOCI (Hypochlorous Acid). HOCI is a natural acid produced by the human body to fight bacteria and germs. HOCI converts almost entirely to water after use, which will hydrate the skin, is safe for the human body and is environmentally friendly.
