The LFHS is a continuation of the values of Health defended by France and which made its reputation. Clearly, the LFHS aims to federating and promoting the French expertise in the health field (institutions, organizations, medical canters, laboratories, suppliers, engineering....(by identifying and summing up the needs and requirements of today's Libya among the Libyan institutions) Ministries of
Health, Education, Research (as well as the private sector, so as to bring French solutions through bilateral partnerships and business contracts. The aim of such a driving belt is to implement into solid and lasting actions the goals of the Health cluster jointly defined during the Libyan crisis by the French foreign trade secretary of state, the French-Libyan Chamber of Commerce (CCFL) and Movement of the enterprises of France (MEDEF), in order to reorganize the Libyan health system. The Members' range of skills is forwarded among all the public, private and associative actors willing to advertise their know-how in Libya and to be informed about the true opportunities of the Libyan health domain such as professional staff, pharmacists, nurses, doctors, consultants......
The LFHS is a true go-between for the Libyan public and private actors and the different French institutions linked to the Ministry of Health: LEEM (French National Association of pharmaceuticals companies), (MEDEF), (SNITEM) (French National Association of Medical Equipment Manufacturer) and the CCFL. The LFHS also works with UBIFRANCE (French Agency for International Business Development) for several missions of prospection and international cooperation in the health sector.
