نؤمن بأن نقل الخبرات ومشاركة المعرفة جزء أساسي من مسؤوليتنا.
في هذا الإطار، سعدنا باستقبال نخبة من طلبة أكاديمية حلول في زيارة تعليمية إلى شركة الحكيم.

شملت الزيارة جولة تعريفية في مختلف أقسام الشركة، وعروضًا تقديمية حول تاريخ الحكيم، هيكلها الإداري، وآلية العمل داخل إدارة المبيعات.

وكانت الجلسة التفاعلية التي اختتمنا بها اليوم فرصة حقيقية للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار، من خلال اختبار عبر تطبيق Kahoot.

نعتز بدورنا في بناء جسر بين التعليم وسوق العمل، وتمكين الجيل القادم من المهنيين الطموحين.

كان من دواعي سرورنا استضافة طلبة اكاديمية حلول المتخصصين في مجال المبيعات، في زيارة تعليمية تهدف إلى تعريفهم عن قرب ببيئة العمل داخل شركة الحكيم.
تضمنت الزيارة جولة تعريفية في أقسام الشركة، وعروضًا تقديمية حول مسيرتنا، وإنجازاتنا، وهيكلنا التنظيمي، مع تسليط الضوء على آلية العمل داخل إدارة المبيعات.

تأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهودنا المستمرة في قسم الموارد البشرية لدعم وتمكين الجيل القادم من الكفاءات الواعدة في قطاع المبيعات.

يتم استلام المنتجات من المورّدين بعد إجراء فحص بصري مباشر، ومراجعة دقيقة لكمية كل صنف، مع حفظ كافة البيانات على نظامنا المركزي، ما يضمن التتبع الكامل للمخزون.
