A 26 years old famale patient was presented to the clinic with severe spontaneous pain related to UR4
Clinical Steps -
- Removal of hard & soft caries after clinical and radiographic examination .
- Access cavity preparation .
- Rubber dam isolation and field disinfection.
Step by step management:
- #15 for all canals as Initials to check patency and working length determination.
- Working length determination using Apex locator and radiogaphic confirmation .
- Continous irrigation with sodium hypochlorite 5.25% and EDTA during the procedure.
- Activation using the master cones 🔥
- ️Using sterile paper points to dry the canals.
- Obturation with lateral condensation technique of gutta percha and resin based sealer.
