Every year New Year Resolutions are made. However, according to research only 9-12% people stick with their new year resolutions.
23% will quit by end of 1st week 😯 and 43% will quit by end of January!
WHY????
1. Decide to change too many things at once; more than 4-5 resolutions for the year.
2. Forget about their resolutions 🙈
3. Have unrealistic resolutions.
So how can you be in those top 9-12% population who stick with their new year resolutions?
Here are my top 3 tips for you to stick with your ‘24 resolutions:
1. Have maximum of 2 resolutions/goals to work on this year.
2. Know your “WHY.” Why do you want to make the resolutions? Is it because your friend is having the same? Is it because it is the most popular resolution. Know your own reason!
3. Make your goals realistic and tie with an activity that is part of your daily routine. For example - Going to gym right after dropping kids to school or going to gym after brushing teeth. Depending upon what is your resolution.
