I’m thrilled to announce that I am a finalists for Best CranioSacral Therapist at the Best in Birth Austin awards!

I feel so honored to be able to do what I love and to be supporting families in the perinatal period of life and beyond. I work hard to create a calm, inclusive, accepting, integrative, and collaborative environment for everyone who walks in my door. And I’m lucky to be able to work alongside so many amazing providers.

Last week I stepped away from the office to go to a training in Cancun, Mexico for a modality called Spinal Flow. Not only did I experience an amazing immersive and healing training, but I also got to experience some natural healing from music, sun, sand, and sea.

🕯️Today is October 15. International pregnancy and infant loss day. Join us this evening by lighting a candle at 7pm in your time zone to create wave of light throughout the world.

🕯️ some people believe that this candle lighting is to show our babies that we will always love, cherish, and remember them. But, I think this wave signifies the community we have. The support we provide for each other whether near or far.

🕯️Sending much love, strength, and support to all loss parents and families today in every day.

October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. Today, October 2, is also the anniversary of my first daughter’s death. Celia Jane is the one who made me a mother.

This is her story and mine.

12 years ago, I did not think I would make it through. I am not sure that I wanted to make it through. But today my story is so different. I i’m a different person because of what happened. And that is OK. I am a different kind of provider because of what happened. I am a different kind of parent because of what happened. Celia Jane was not my only loss. I went on to lose two more babies. Hazel Sarah, and Baby B. Celia Jane taught me that I could survive. she taught me how to find my community and hold fast to those who would stand by me no matter what state I was in. She taught me to be gentle with myself and that I don’t need to heal on anybody’s timeline, but my own. She taught me that grief is sacred.

Return To Zero: HOPE has coined this month, HOPEtober. I s**t share Celia Jane’s story and mine to bring forth hope. Hope to those who are in the thick of it. Hope to those who do not think they can make it through. Hope to those who feel as if they don’t have community.

I am in awe of all the people who work witthin the perintal space here in Austin. We have such an amazing community 💕

I am excited and honored to announce that I am a finalist for a Best in Birth Austin 2024 award, for Best CranioSacral Therapist!

A little over 2 years ago as we all emerged from seclusion, I trusted a dear friend, rebranded, and opened up an office inside . I am so glad I did! In these past couple years I have had the honor to work with so many families from conception, through pregnancy, worked with infants, and the families as a whole. I have been so honored to be in the presence of the amazing Austin CranioSacral community as well as the Austin perinatal community.

I also spent these last couple years assisting in CranioSacral classes as a TA for courses such as CrainoSacral 1 & 2, SomatoEmotional Release 1 & 2, Conception, Pregnancy, and Birth, and Infants with Special Circumstances. I also trained to be a presenter for the Upledger Institue and run 1 & 2 day training intorducing people to CranioSacral Therapy.
