My Moka dog got excited with me 🐕💃🏻🪩

It is important to move your body and help it adjust and “reset” after each maneuver- you’re helping your body to re-pressurize

Walking, shaking, dancing, fetal position, laying down on the earth- all wonderful ways to re-integrate your body after some fascial maneuvers 😊

Today marks 17 years since I had an ischemic stroke
Many of you know my story, many may not.
In summary, I hit the lowest of lows I never even knew possible.
I was pregnant and had 16 month old.
I was hospitalized for a month, had a feeding tube, couldn’t walk, lived inside a spinning vertigo world for 6 months, had to learn how to be in my body and understand the world in a whole new way.
My son was born just shy of 3 months post stroke, he is going to be 17 in August!
I don’t wish any of it had not happened.
That day brought me exactly where I am on this day.
All of the friendships, teachers, support and love I have received over the years have shown me what caring, loyal and loving beings exist.

I woke up this morning with this love dog’s head on my chest. ❤️🐕❤️

Thank you to all of the humans, dogs and plants that have given me their love and support along this journey.
Grateful for life.
Grateful for my body.
Let the healing continue- always!

UNWINDING OUR HANDS

We spend countless hours of our days using our hands. Texting, typing, using a mousepad, gripping a steering wheel, holding a toothbrush, and the list goes on…

​In this workshop you will experience an unwinding of tension, awareness of the residue from gripping, and a better understanding of how your hands connect directly to your brain and heart.

​We will directly work on hand releases and stimulation using the Yamuna wakers. We will also be practicing fascial maneuvers to help free restrictions from fingertip to toe tip that will bring awareness and freedom in your movement

This workshop is for anyone with feet 👣
Feet are the foundation of your body, keeping them out of pain and moving forward comfortably is one of the most important things as we age.
Come for a good time, inevitable discovery and new awareness of your feet.
Tools provided, if you already own wakers please bring them!
