التوحد حالة نمو معقدة تؤثر علي كيفية تفاعل المصاب وتسلوكه وتعلمه
يظهر في عمر الثالثة ومدي الحياة ولكن بدرجات واشكال مختلفة
مجالات الاصابة والتأثير
1. التواصل سواء بالفهم او التعبير ليست لديه القدرة علي فهم الكلام اللفظي او المشاعر او التعبير عن ما يشعر به.
2. التعلم صعوبة في التعلم وتطوير المهارات
3. الانتقالات. من بين الاشخاص والاماكن والروتين بشكل عام.
4. التحفيز الحسي
كردود افعالهم وتفاعلهم مع المدخلات الحسية، الصوت الضوء، البصر، الحرارة
التدخل المبكر يفيد بشكل قوي في تطور الحالة
5. الاداء الوظيفي
( عالي الاداء، منخفض الاداء)
*منخفض الاداء
مرتبط باعاقة فكرية مصاب بها 30 % من حالات التوحد
*عالي الاداء
- تكون اعراض التوحد اقل وضوحا لديه
- جيد في الدراسة
- مشاكل التواصل اقل

1 خفيف يحتاج لدعم
2. متوسط يتطلب دعم كبير
3. شديد يتطلب دعم كبير جدا
