● A35years old female was presented to the knowhow of endodontics clinic at FUE dental hospital with deep caries related to (L7)
● Upon clinical examination and investigation, the tooth was diagnosed as: Acute pulpitis with normal periodontium

● Clinical steps :
Remove all caries and access cavity preparation✅️
● Rubber dam isolation and field disinfection✅️
● No ( #10 / # 15 ) k files were used as initial files for patency and working length determination ✅️
● Working length was determined using apex locator and confirmed radiographically ✅️
● Up to #35 taper 4% E-flex rotary files used for Shaping the canal ✅️
● Irrigation was performed between each file size with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite ✅️
● Irrigation activation was done in the canal using sodium hypocloride✅️
● Confirmation of master cone radiographically✅️
● Sterile paper point were used to dry the canal✅️
● Obturation done with single technique using bioceramic sealer✅️
