Poste: Agent de bureau/réservation en office ou comme digital nomad

Durée: permanente - À temps partiel 50%

Conditions: Nous offrons un salaire local (basé sur votre expérience), de la nourriture au travail (petit déjeuner et dîner), un contrat légal avec la CNSS (sécurité sociale et assurance santé), 8 heures par jour au travail, 3 jours par semaine

Description de l'emploi:
Vous travaillerez comme agent de bureau pour nos destinations à Taghazout et Imi Ouaddar. Votre travail principal est de superviser les affaires quotidiennes dans notre système de réservation, répondre à toutes les demandes des clients par email ou téléphone (Taghazout Villa & Villa Surya et Seaside Hotel), créer de nouvelles réservations, vérifier les paiements quotidiens, mettre à jour notre système de réservation (factures, changements de réservations et vols, besoins spéciaux)

Nous cherchons quelqu'un:
Motivé et prêt à travailler dur, accueillant, appréciant de travailler dans un bureau international, expérimenté dans un environnement similaire, une bonne compréhension du calcul des prix, des compétences en rédaction professionnelle, parlant couramment anglais, français et allemand - écrit et parlé (toute autre langue est un atout de préférence marocain), passionné de surf ou de yoga, prêt de vivre une expérience unique, désireux de travailler dans une équipe multiculturelle. Des connaissances approfondies en travaillant dans l'hospitalité et un environnement de surf et de yoga.

F&B Manager at Kitchen Club Restaurant & Bar

Kitchen Club Restaurant & Bar is our Seaside Hotel Restaurant Open for our resident guests as well as external guests for lunch and dinner. Situated in the heart of Taghazout, right at the ocean we are the absolute hot-spot.

F&B working taks:
- Organize the overall F&B service
- Recruitment & training of new employees
- Responsible for the team and their performance
- Regular team meetings with the head of positions
- Shift scheduling & time tracking
- Record payroll data
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Monitor revenue and expenses
- End of the month
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Keep in-house guests, external guests happy or handle possible complaints
- Control and maintain restaurant system & table reservation system
- Control and plan Restaurant events together with the chef de Salle
- Assist with the innovation of the company
- Manage and control online reviews

Who we are looking for
Are you eager to work in the busy hotspot of Taghazout, right by the sea with the best possible views?

- hospitality degree in hotel management or restaurant management
- International work experience
- Min. Experience of 2 years F&B manager in a hotel or restaurant
- Languages: French and English is a must any other language is an asset
- Well experienced to work on systems, excel, financing

Villa Surya is part of the Dfrost group and opened its doors in 2014 and since then we have organised continuous Yoga & Meditation Retreats in so-called Imi-ouaddar (Paradise Plage). Our Boutique style villa is limited to 16 guests ensuring the best quality and service during each stay. You will work in a small and familiar environment far away from the daily stress of cities but close to the ocean, sun and happiness of Morocco.
