من أقوى التحديات التي يواجهها أطباء الأسنان في عملهم اليومي هو ترميم السن القاطع الأوسط الأمامي .
حيث تمثل القواطع الوسطى النقطة المحورية للمنطقة التجميلة ، فمجرد عدم التناسق الطفيف في الشكل أو اللون في هته المنطقة يمكنه أن يؤدي إلى إخفاق جمالي . ومع ذلك ، فمن خلال التخطيط الشامل والمهارات السريرية والمعرفة بمواد طب الأسنان والتعاون مع فني ماهر ، يمكن لأطباء الأسنان تحقيق نتيجة أسنان جميلة في هذه الحالات الصعبة.
كمثل هته الحالة التي تعرض فيها مريضنا العزيز لحادثة سير نشب عن إثرها كسر للسن القاطع الأوسط الأمامي الأيسرالعلوي، ترتب عنه الفقدان الكلي لتاج السن مذكور، مع شق في القاطع الأيمن الأوسط العلوي و تزحزحات في الأسنان الأمامية. بالإظافة إلى أضرار شملت الأنسجة الرخوة ، الشفتين و الأنف.
بعد تدخلنا العلاجي الإستعجالي الفوري كمرحلة أولى ، تابعنا علاج الحالة وتتبعنا تطورها عدة شهور إلى أن إتخذت طريق الإستقرار . لنباشر فيما بعد في التعويض الثابت للتاج المنكسر بواسطة رمامة ثابتة. والتي تم إنجازها بشكل دقيق و فني "ثلاتي الأبعاد و متعدد الألوان" محاكيا لمماثلتها الطبيعية اليمنى ،معانقا للبيئة البيولوجية الفموية.

One of the strongest challenges that the dentists face in their daily practice is the restoration of the single upper middle incisor. In fact, the central incisor is considered as the focal point of the cosmetic area, because just a slight asymmetry in its shape or shades can cause aesthetic failure. Nevertheless, thanks to the good planification, clinical skills, knowledge of dental materials, and collaboration with a skillful dental technician, dentists can reach a beautiful dental result in these difficult cases.
Such as this case in which our dear patient was the victim of a traffic accident, as a result of which a fracture of the upper middle left incisor with the loss of its whole crown, a crack in the upper left middle incisor and displacement of the front teeth. In addition to the damage that have affected soft tissues, lips and nose.
After our immediate emergency treatment, as a first stage, we established after the next steps of the treatment. And we followed its improvement for several months until it took the path of the stability. Then We proceeded to the restauration of the broken crown by a permanent fixed prosthesis. which has been meticulously and artistically made in a"3D and multi-color " way, miming her natural right analogue, and embracing the oral biological environment.

L'un des plus forts challenges auxquels les médecins dentistes sont confrontés dans leur pratique quotidienne est la restauration d’une incisive centrale supérieure. En effet, les incisives centrales représentent le point focal de la zone esthétique, et juste une légère asymétrie de forme ou de couleur dans cette zone peut entraîner un échec esthétique. Cependant, avec une planification minutieuse, des compétences cliniques, une connaissance des matériaux dentaires et une collaboration avec un technicien qualifié, les dentistes peuvent obtenir de beaux résultats dentaires dans ces cas difficiles.
Comme ce cas, auquel notre chère patient a été victime d’un accident de circulation, à la suite duquel une fracture de l’incisive centrale supérieure gauche s'est produite, entraînant la perte totale de la couronne, en addition à cette fracture, une fissure au niveau de l’incisive centrale gauche et des déplacements au niveau des dents antérieures. En plus des dommages des tissus mous, des lèvres et du nez.
Après notre traitement d'urgence immédiat dans un premier temps, nous avons poursuivi le traitement du cas et suivi son évolution pendant plusieurs mois jusqu'à ce qu'il a pris le chemin de la stabilité. Procédons plus t**d à la restauration de la couronne perdue au moyen d'une couronne fixée. Cette dernière qui a été méticuleusement et artistiquement réalisé selon une forme « tridimensionnelle et multicolore" mimétisant son analogue naturel droite, et épousant l'environnement biologique oral.
