Sometimes I ask myself what I truly need to start my day.
Is it a warm cup of coffee ☕… or simply a deep breath to come back to myself 🧘‍♀️?
And then I realize that maybe what I really need is a place where I can just… slow down.
A place where I can sit without rushing, watch the light come in, feel my heartbeat soften.
A place where I can ask myself: “What do you need today? A moment for yourself?
A smile?
A space to breathe?”
And most of the time, the answer is yes.
Yes to a shared coffee.
Yes to a mat unrolled.
Yes to a simple moment that feels good 💛
So if you need that too, even just a little 🦋
