Who said that breathing was something passive?
Who said that coming back to yourself had to happen in a comfortable seat, or in a cliché way? Let’s forget all of that.
Yesterday, at our Form event, we explored the idea that returning to yourself is not about following rules or sitting perfectly it’s about presence, awareness and allowing your body and mind to move naturally.
We discovered together that breathing can be active, alive and transformative, that slowing down is not about doing nothing, but about truly feeling, sensing, and reconnecting with your body and your own rhythm.
It was a moment of simplicity, depth, and connection a reminder that the journey back to yourself is unique, personal, and beautifully imperfect.
Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, and a big thank you to our facilitator for guiding us through this experience!
