The flu vaccine is particularly recommended if you:
-are 65 and over ​​​​​​​​
-have certain health conditions​​​​​​​​ like diabetes or asthma
-are pregnant​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
-are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick​​​​​​​​
-live with someone who is more likely to get a severe infection due to a weakened immune system, such as someone living with HIV, someone who has had a transplant, or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis​​​​​​​​

Of course, anyone else who would like to protect themselves from a severe influenza infection can also get their annual vaccine. ​​​​​​​​

This Ramadan I am pleased to offer a 2-session course in Basic Life Support for adults, children and infants. Instruction in English, men and women both welcome.
SESSION 1: Friday 8th April 2pm-4.30pm
SESSION 2: Friday 29th April 2pm-4.30pm
300dhs per person.

Confirmation essential by Tuesday 5th. Minimum 10 participants, maximum 15.
