While conventional treatments like steroids and other immunosuppressive drugs are used to manage symptoms, they can have significant side effects
Autoimmune diseases are caused by an overactive immune system and widespread inflammation, which can be triggered by various factors.
These factors include lifestyle and environmental factors

- Reducing inflammation
- Improving gut health and addressing leaky gut,
- Addressing nutrient deficiencies: especially Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Selenium, Magnesium and Vitamin K2
- Stress management
- Reducing gut irritants and immune system triggers
- Regulating T cells through acupuncture, vitamin D / sun exposure, gut microbiome balance
