𖤓Give Yourself Permission to Relax 𖤓
How often do you actually give yourself permission to relax? How often do you leave your phone in another room to get rid of the constant desire to check something?
As a yoga teacher, I love creating a space for people to tune in to themselves through breath work and good movement. It’s important that I also give myself a moment to pause and remind myself how good it feels to simply slow down.
One way I love to relax is with a massage!
Yesterday, I had the most magical appointment with Lynsey at her new studio in Cupar. It’s one of the incredible venues that I’ll be teaching classes at (check out my flyer at reception 👀).
Lynsey is such a talent! I went for her Moon Ritual treatment, which was a 60-minute experience. It included a neck/back/shoulder hot mitt cleanse and exfoliation using moon water elixirs, followed by a massage using the full moon aromatherapy blend. After that, I had a hot oil face and scalp massage, a gently heated chamomile eye mask, and finished with reiki and Tibetan sound bowl therapy.
I can’t recommend enough! I felt brand new by the end of the hour, and the addition of the sound bowls to the massage not only relaxed my body but also my mind.
