vities, fitness, yoga, wellbeing & nutrition. Our goal is to create a dynamic and enjoyable community (10-15 people) where you get to share this experience together through a blend of physical training and mind body practices. These retreats usually take place in boutique accommodations (villa/bastide/farm house, small boutique hotel) surrounded by nature, peace & quiet. This is all about enjoying some 'you time', disconnecting from your every day life, whilst staying fit & healthy, exploring the areas and enjoying the serenity these places have to offer. We have our own private chef cooking us delicious healthy meals, our yoga instructor and myself that will be taking the classes mornings and evenings around the pool and in the garden. How about a little holiday with a combination of fitness, yoga, fun outdoor activities (hikes, swims, walks) & delicous meals ?

If you get the chance on your hike to step into the river for some cold therapy do it !!! Having sometimes heavy legs and bad circulation , I knew this would be the best way to reset the system and get the blood pumping again, reducing inflammation and boosting circulation - you literally feel brand new and strong again!
4 degrees - 4 minutes, legs only but it was enough to feel the shift. The body wakes up and the mind slows down. Take it in, appreciate the stillness and the chills. These moments matter.

10min glass noodle summer salad🌶🥬🦐
If you’re tired of making the same old salads, here is a light noodle recipe to spice up your life with plenty of flavours - may be a messy plate of food but the flavours are there!
1- Add hot water to a bowl with your glass noodles
2- Fry up some shrimps with red pepper & 1 chilli
3- Chop up or shave carrots & courgettes
4- Add the ingredients together in a bowl and add some cashew nuts with the coriander & sesame seeds (roasted is tastier)
5- Dressing is a MUST - add these ingredients in a cup and then mix : few sprinkles of fish sauce (not to smell 😆), pinch of salt & coconut sugar or drop of maple syrup, 2 limes & drop of sesame oil.

Would you like to go on an adventurous getaway with a strong focus on outdoor activities, wellbeing and nutrition? 🌿 🥾 🧘🏼✨🌺

We create an exclusive experience for you; groups between 8-15 guests (coming on their own or with a friend/partner). Our goal is to create a dynamic community where you get to share this experience together through a blend of physical training and mind body practices with a bit of adventure in the South of France & Italy. All our retreats are held in B&B agritrourism, bastide farmhouse, small boutique hotel & private villas.

We offer active programs with a combination of health and physical fitness for men & women of all fitness levels. We aim to create healthy habits with a perfect physical and mental balance allowing personal time to boost, relax & refresh in beautiful surroundings.

I can’t believe this photo was taken this time last week, already! How time flies 🥹 Thanks for the BEST time💛🫶🏻

Our batteries were fully charged 🔋 when we arrived, and then literally every last ounce of energy drained when we left 🪫😂 a lot of physical & mental stimulation for 5 days: lots of dancing, doing different activities, meeting people, averaging 35000 steps every day, surviving the heat, and a fair bit of sleep deprivation..But this is what makes Glastonbury festival so special even if it is like a never ending workout🤪.

Getting straight back into work mode was far from easy. It took me a few days to get back on track and feel like myself again - but I made sure I doubled down on things I know help me recover properly, detox and training every day made me feel normal again. Here are my top tips for post-festival recovery:

- Lots of sleep & rest 💤
- Hydration: drink lots of water throughout the day (add some salts if you can, this optimises hydration)
- Exercise: get back into it slowly, move your body - sweat it all out, get your lungs working again, fire up those muscles!
- Get lots of outdoors time!
- Cold exposure: reset, feel better, and feel alive again
- Eat nourishing & low inflammatory foods: fruit, veg, lots of good quality protein, healthy fats. Nourish that body & mind of yours that is a little depleted.
All these tips above will help you boost those endorphins and serotonin again!
