Sydney Hobart Yacht Race - Owner/Skipper

REVIEW 🙌

15 days before the 2019 Sydney to Hobart start, I suffered a high grade 2 tear to my calf, as confirmed by an MRI. Advice from a prominent surgeon was that I shouldn’t go and would need 6 – 8 weeks of intensive rehab before I could even start to think about racing again to avoid further injury or need for surgery.

I was shattered, this was my first Sydney to Hobart and together with the other 13 members we had spent 18 months training and qualifying for this race.

My good friend Wayne Pearce introduced me to Niv. 14 days later I departed Sydney harbour as planned. Whilst being aware of my injury I got through the race comfortably, with no pain at all, was completely and amazingly mobile and sustained no further injury.

I have no doubt whatsoever this was only made possible by Niv’s knowledge and skill for which I will always be truly grateful.

We finished 8th in our division and 69th out of 170 boats.”

This time, treating clients in Provence, is coming to an end 🙏🏽❤️ and I’m reminded that what I love is sharing, not only the healing method that I practice but also my creativity, as the woman I am, with my wisdom and care.

I wish that we can all relate to one another with grace and curiosity, allowing true healing to happen, expanding into our capacity to love and to be loved.

Feeling grateful for the support of my colleagues in guiding me through the understanding of where I need to look 🙏🏽

In these 2 days the women attending have experienced how to access the bio-electrical system in the body, to help promote faster, natural healing in their kids and loved ones. Without the use of any medication and free from secondary and side effects, they can now help with sleep, anxiety, provide support for headaches & migraines, digestive problems, and much more...

The Inner Breath and other practices that we have shared, will enable them to better process stress, fear and worries.

Sneak peek into the unique architecture of one of the enchanted spaces that will embrace you in our retreat. This is the Indoor Wellbeing area the House of Joy, a 15 acres green lung devoted to slow life, harmony and balance in deep Salento, at the gates of Lecce city, in Southern Italy.

The Spa includes the frigidarium for cold water immersion, the Hummam and Emotional/senatorial showers, all beneath the majestic, star-shaped vaults, decorated with stones and stuccoes. These area was carved out of natural rooms where grapes 🍇 were pressed by foot 🦶

Between 30 October-4 November, during 5 days, you will practice Kundalini Yoga with my dear friend Tarandev, she’s the soul of the place. You’ll discover and practice with me how you can regain a younger you, health and vitality with a proven and science-based energy medicine method to help you thrive with age while improving strength, mobility, energy, balance, brain fitness, happiness and more.
