Congratulationd with the start of the New Academic Year. We return to School of Life after a good hollidays.

MON-WED-FRI 8:30 - 10:00: Vinyasa Flow (transitions, breathing, flow)

TUE-THU 8:30 - 10:00: Hatha Yoga (strengthening of the body, breathing techniques, "the first" asanas)

Address: str. Al. Ruskin 12/10 (behind Torro Burger restaurant)

Payment: free donations
Yoga Mat rental: 1 time – 20 lei
Please, bring:
- Easy to move clothing
- Yoga Mat (we do rent, but it is better to have your own “flying carpet”)
- Water

The classes are bilingual (Russian and English) in the case of the attendance of foreign guests.

Аренда коврика: 1 раз - 20 лей

Иметь при себе
- Свободную одежду
- Йога Мат (мы даём в аренду йога маты для тех, у кого нет, за 10 лей за раз, но лучше иметь свой личный «летающий ковёр»)
- Вода

Занятие двуязычные (русский и английский) в случае необходимости, поэтому приводите англоязычных друзей.
