SEEHN Health Workforce Observatory

SEEHN Health Workforce Observatory The SEEHN Health Workforce Observatory is an initiative of the SEE Health Network.

It is hosted by the NCHM in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, and receives support and guidance by the WHO Regional Office for Europe Human Resources for Health Program. General objectives of SEEHN Health Workforce Observatory are:
- improvement of information, knowledge in the field of HRH and facilitation of the dialogue of the elaboration of policies, plans and the monitoring of HRH on legislative level, in region;
- monitoring and evaluation of practices, policies, strategies and legislation in HRH and elaboration of standards, guidebooks, training programs in the field;
- cooperation in the Human Resources field with countries members of SEEHN and other international organizations.
