Our patient visited our clinic after having a lip filler procedure performed at a different center. She was concerned about the loss of definition in the upper lip contour.
The common mistake is adding "more filler" to resolve this lack of definition. However, we identified that the issue was filler migration (filler spreading beyond the natural lip border).
What We Did:
• We dissolved the old filler that was causing migration and distorting the contour.
• We restored the natural anatomy and sharp borders of the lips.
Sometimes, "less is more" is the only way to achieve the best result. Remember, correct technique is always more valuable than the amount of filler.
