It’s Colombia one week, Iran the next. A pinch of India, a splash of the Mediterranean. Recipes carried in suitcases, stirred into our pots, shared around one long table.

At Pachamama, community grows naturally—through the land, the meals, and the moments in between.

We’ve now opened space for longer-term coliving for those who feel called to stay, root, and live this rhythm more deeply.

Autumn and winter are generous seasons.
Fruits are ripe, heavy on the branches, asking to be used.

One quince tree can offer more than our whole community can eat fresh before time steps in.
So we cook, we transform, we preserve.

This is quince gelée, slowly made, gently dried, turning an abundant harvest into a sweet, simple snack that will last beyond the season.

Eating is one way of honouring a tree.
Saving its fruits for later is another.
