π§ββοΈ 1. Morning Healing Tea Blend (Internal Cleanse & Immunity Boost)
Purpose: Gently detoxify, support immunity, reduce inflammation
Ingredients:
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder or 1 inch fresh turmeric root (anti-inflammatory)
Juice of Β½ lemon
1 tsp raw honey (optional, antimicrobial & soothing)
1 cup hot water
A pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
Instructions: Steep ginger and turmeric in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain if needed. Add lemon, black pepper, and honey. Sip slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
πΌ 2. Healing Herbal Salve (Topical for Skin, Pain & Calm)
Purpose: Soothes skin irritations, muscle aches, burns, insect bites
Ingredients:
Β½ cup coconut oil
ΒΌ cup olive oil
1 tbsp beeswax (for texture)
1 tbsp dried calendula flowers
1 tbsp dried chamomile
1 tbsp dried lavender
Optional: 10 drops lavender essential oil or tea tree oil
Instructions:
1. Gently heat oils and herbs in a double boiler for 1 hour (do not boil).
2. Strain the herbs.
3. Add beeswax to the warm oil and stir until melted.
4. Add essential oils, pour into a clean jar, let cool.
Apply as needed to skin.
π¬οΈ 3. Steam Inhalation (Respiratory Relief & Sinus Healing)
Purpose: Opens sinuses, eases cough, clears lungs
Ingredients:
A bowl of steaming hot water
A handful of fresh eucalyptus leaves or 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
Optional: 3 drops peppermint oil, 1 drop tea tree oil
Instructions: Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head. Inhale deeply for 5β10 minutes. Do this once or twice daily during congestion or colds.
πΈ 4. Relaxing Herbal Bath Soak (Nervous System & Sleep Aid)
Purpose: Relieves stress, relaxes muscles, improves sleep
Ingredients:
1 cup Epsom salts
Β½ cup baking soda
Β½ cup dried lavender or chamomile
Optional: 10 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients in a jar. Add essential oil if using. Pour into warm bathwater and soak for 20β30 minutes.

Purpose: Soothes digestion, reduces inflammation, supports healing
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
Β½ tsp turmeric powder
ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
A pinch of black pepper
Β½ tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions: Warm all ingredients in a saucepan (do not boil). Stir well. Drink before bed for best effect.
