This a page created with love since Yoga is my passion. My love for Yoga began three and half years ago when I subscribe for THE ART OF LIVING -Happiness Program (https://www.artofliving.org/in-en). *What I teach*

Currently I teach Hatha Yoga- Vinyasa & Purna at THE YOGA SANGHA studio. Our class is a nice mixture where you can learn Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (posture) & Dhyana (meditation).

* What I learn*

At the moment I'm a student at Ashtanga Yoga- Teachers Training Program and soon to be certificated yoga teacher(RYT 200hr) Yoga Alliance.
