📌 Digital Marketing Executive (1 Post)
We are looking for a creative professional with a passion in digital marketing to join our organization in Yangon.
Roles & Responsibilities
❖ Manage company's page and website. Cooperate with other professionals such as web developers to maintain a proper digital presence for organization.
❖ Write various content to communicate the brand on social media
❖ Analyze data and results from different digital media platforms to report to management.
❖ Plan creative digital content that aligns with company's marketing goals by coordinating with coworkers and management team.
❖ Keep management informed of problems/ issues and status of on-going projects.
❖ Advertise on Facebook as required by different digital marketing activities.
Requirements
❖ Graduated with any degree.
❖ Diploma or Certificate in Marketing/Media/Digital Marketing/Advertising/Design or related field.
❖ At Least 2 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role or experience working in digital marketing agency.
❖ Intermediate English Language.

📌 Graphic Designer (1 Post)
Roles & Responsibilities
❖Visualize and create graphic designs including illustrations, layouts and photos. You’ll be assigned to shape the visual aspects of booklets, brochures, product packaging and more.
❖Work with design team to develop artworks that are market right and in line with trends.
❖ Work with Digital Marketing Executive, Director and CEO to produce finalized designs.
❖ Maintain archives of all artworks produced including any graphics that have been dismissed from usage.
❖ Study design briefs and determine design requirements.
❖ Conceptualize the visuals based on requirements.
❖ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
❖ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs.
❖ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design.
❖ Ensure that all timelines are met.
❖ Test graphics across various media.
❖ Revise the designs after feedback as required.
❖ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
❖ Able to work with colleagues at all level of the organization to drive growth and progress.
❖ Help drive the team to achieve its goal and ensure effective delivery.
❖ Manage day to day operational aspects of project requirement.
❖ Attend meetings as necessary.
❖ Prepare work in progress reviews.
❖ Maintain operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient delivery of objectives.
❖ Sourcing for required material/items as directed by the team.
Requirements and Skills
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics designs.
• Ability to use and familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Diploma/ Certificate in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• At Least 2 years of experience as Graphic Designer or similar role.
