Amazing hotel so serene and peaceful

We were completely caught by surprise when we arrived here. It was a hike to get to the hotel from Kalaw, 20 min dirt road with rocks, up and down hill but once we arrived here and took a deep breathe of the fresh air and looked around the hotel surroundings we regret that the travel company didn’t book us an extra night here. The lodge is surrounded by mountain with a few to the hills and the lodges organic garden. We were probably the only guests for the night as a large school organization was there during their spring break and was checking out. We had dinner at the lodge in front of fire place, it does get pretty chilly here at night. And in the morning we took a morning tour where we got to visit the garden, tasted some raw organic vegetables, fed the chickens, goats and milked the cow. The hotel room is amazing with a patio to beautiful view. I would have loved to stay here for a few nights. The only drawback is WiFi is only available in the lobby, no WiFi in the room. I would have loved to do a hike from Kalaw to Lake Inle and stay here for a few nights. The spa not too far from the hotel is also amazing! We spent 3 hours there for different service for 2 people and only cost $50USD including tips. Absolutely love the hotel. They also gave us hot water warmer that we can hug to sleep to keep us warm.
