Aged 12 Years & Sherry Cask Select
ဒီ Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask Select ဟာ oak barrels ထဲမှာ 12 နှစ်ကြာ သက်တမ်းတင်ထားပြီး
နောက်ဆုံးအချို့ portion ကို Spanish sherry casks (Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, Matusalem sherry barrels) ထဲမှာ finish လုပ်ထားပါတယ်။
ဒီ Sherry Cask Select finish လုပ်တဲ့ process ဟာ သစ်သီးခြောက်၊ cocoa, caramel နဲ့ sweet spice notes တွေ ပိုသိသာ လာစေပါတယ်။
