Motherland Fertility Center တွင် မျိုးဥအိမ် ရေအိတ်အမျိုးမျိုး သွေးလုံး၊ သားအိမ်အလုံးများ၊ သားအိမ်ထုတ်ခြင်းတို့ကိုဗိုက်ခွဲရန်မလိုပဲ ဆေးဖြင့်ကုသခြင်း၊ မှန်ပြောင်းဖြင့်ကုသခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လေဆာဖြင့်ပစ်ခြင်းတို့ကို မန္တလာဆေးရုံနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ Thailand, Singaporeရှိ ဆေးရုံများအတိုင်းကုသနိုင်ပါသည်။

မျိုးဥအိမ်​ရေအိတ်(ovarian cyst) ဆိုတာဘာလဲ

​မျိုးဥအိမ်ရေအိတ် ဆိုသည်မှာ မျိုးဥအိမ်တွင် အရည်စုနေတဲ့အိတ်ရှိနေခြင်းကို မျိုးဥအိမ် ရေအိတ် ovarian cyst လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။

​ရေအိတ် ဘာလို့ဖြစ်တာလဲ။ ဘယ်နှစ်မျိုးရှိလဲ။

မျိုးဥအိမ်ရေအိတ် အမျိုးအစား​တွေက အများကြီးရှိပါတယ်။

အသက်ငယ်ငယ်အမျိုးသမီး​တွေ (​Reproductive age ) မှာ​တော့ ရိုးရိုး​ရေအိတ်(​ functional cyst or simple cyst) အဖြစ်များပါတယ်။ အဓိက အကြောင်းရင်းက မျိုး ဥ မကြွေပဲ ဆက်ကြီးသွားလို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အမျိုးသမီးတော်​တော်များများမှာ ​တွေ့ရတတ်သလို စိုးရိမ်စရာလည်း မလိုပါဘူး။ အရွယ်အစားအားဖြင့်လည်း ​10cm‌ေအာက်များပါတယ်။အများစုက ၃ -၄ လ​လေလောက်အတွင်းသေးပြီးပျောက်သွားတတ်ပါတယ်။ မသေးပါက ကိုယ်ဝန်တားဆေး OC pils ၃လခန့်သောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဆက်ရှိနေပါက အပ်ဖြင့်စုပ်ထုတ်ခြင်း Ultrasound guided aspiration လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ OPD procedure ဖြစ်ပြီးထုံဆေးဖြင့်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးရုံတက်စရာမလိုပါ။

* Dermoid cyst ခေါ်တဲ့ ရေအိတ်က ဖြစ်တာ များပါတယ်။ အလုံးမှာ ဆံပင်တွေ၊သွားတွေ၊အရေပြားလိုမွှေးညင်းပေါက်တွေအဆီခဲ‌ေတွပါတတ်ပါတယ်။ အပင်းသွင်းခံရတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အယူအဆရှိခဲ့ဖူးသလို ယနေ့ထိလဲ တစ်ချို့နေရာတွေမှာရှိနေစဲပါ။ ဒီလိုအလုံးမျိုးဟာ လေးလံတဲ့အတွက်အညှာလည်းလိမ်တတ်ပါတယ်ovarian cyst torsion။ ဆေးသောက်ရုံနဲ့မပျောက်ပါ။ အလုံးထုတ်ဖို့လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ကလေးယူဖို့အစီအစဉ်ရှိလျှင် မျိုးဥအိမ်တခုလုံးထုတ်ခြင်း ovariotomy လုပ်ခြင်းထက် မျိုးဥအိမ်အလုံးသာထုတ်ခြင်း ovarian cystectomy လုပ်ခြင်းသာပိုသင့်လျှော်ပါသည်။ဗိုက်မခွဲပဲ မှန်ပြောင်းဖြင့်ခွဲစိတ်ခြင်းသို့မဟုတ် လေဆာပစ်ခြင်းသည်သာအကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်ပါသည်။

သားဥအိမ် သွေးလုံး Endometriotic cyst
အမျိုးသမီးတွေရဲ့ သားအိမ်အတွင်းသားလေးကို endometrium လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ တစ်လ တစ်ခါ သွေးဆင်းတယ်ဆိုတာ ဒီ endometrium လေးကွာကျတာပါ။တချို့အမျိုးသမီးတွေမှာ ဒီအလွှာလေးက သားအိမ်ရဲ့ အပြင်ဘက် သားဥအိမ်တို့၊ သားဥပြွန်တို့၊ သားအိမ်ခေါင်းတို့၊ အူတို့ဆီကို ရောက်သွားပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါ တစ်လတစ်ခါ ရာသီသွေးဆင်းတဲ့အခါ ဒီနေရာတွေကလည်း သွေးဆင်းပါတယ်။ အလွယ်ပြောရရင် သားအိမ်တစ်ရှူးတွေ နေရာမှားပြီး ရောက်သွားတာပေါ့။ သားဥအိမ်ကို ရောက်သွားရင်တော့ သားဥအိမ်မှာ သွေးလုံးတည်တယ် (endometriotic cyst) လို့ ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ Endometriotic cyst သွေးလုံးသေးပါက
