ထြက္စျပဳေနေသာ ရထားေပၚ မွီလိုမွီျငား ေျပးတတ္ပါသတဲ့. လူနာက ေစ်းေရာင္းတာ.
ျပဳတ္က်လို႔ ရင္ဘတ္ ခါး ဗိုက္ ဒဏ္ရာျပင္းထန္စြာ ရပါေလေရာ. အသက္အနၱရာယ္ေတာင္စိုးရိမ္ေနရပါတယ္.
အမႀကီး ဘာေရာင္းသလဲဆိုေတာ့ မုန္႔တီပါတဲ့

ေနာက္ၿပီး ဒဏ္ရာအနာတရ ျပင္းျပင္းထန္ထန္ျဖစ္တာနဲ႔ ေဆးရံုႀကီးကေဝးေသးရင္ ကနဦးကုမႈေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ နီးစပ္ရာေဆးရံုအရင္ဝင္သင့္ပါတယ္. လမ္းမွာ အေျခအေနပိုမဆိုးေအာင္ထိန္းသိမ္းကုသစရာေတြ လုပ္ၿပီးမွ ဆက္လာသင့္ပါတယ္........
Emergency Case- 1
A lady tried to catch the train and then slipped and fell down from train onto platform.
Blunt chest and abdominal injuries with bilateral haemothorax and haemoperitoneum +/- spine injury with shock stage 4.
For improvement- proper pre hospital/ pre referral initial stabilisation is crutial.

Covid-19 ရောဂါဟာ မျိုးရိုးဗီဇတွေ ပြောင်းပီး မပြီးဆုံးနိုင်သေးပါဘူး
အခုရက်ပိုင်းမှာလဲ ကိုဗစ် ပိုးတွေ့ရှိတဲ့ လူနာတွေ သိသိသာသာ ရှိလာပီး နာတာရှည်ရောဂါအခံရှိသူတွေတစ်ချို့ မှာ Oxygen ကျဆင်းတဲ့အထိ ဖြစ်တတ်တာတွေ ရှိနေတာမို့ အထူး ဂရုပြုပေးကြဖို့ သတိပေးချင်ပါတယ်.......
အဲဒါကြောင့် ဆေးရုံကြီးကို လာရောက်ပြသတဲ့ လူနာနဲ့ လူနာစောင့်များကိုလည်း မဖြစ်မနေ Mask ဝတ်ဆင်ကြရန်နဲ့ အရေးပေါ်ဌာန ဝင်ဝင်ချင်း မှာလဲ Mask မပါလာသူများကို mask အခမဲ့ ဝေ၍ တပ်စေခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ပေးနေပါတယ်။
ရောဂါတစ်ခု လာ‌ရောက်ကုသရာကနေ ကိုဗစ် 19 ရောဂါများ ထပ်မံ မကူးစက်အောင် ကာကွယ်ကြပါစို့။

ခွေးကိုက်ခံရပီး ခွေးရူးပြန် ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံရန်လိုအပ်သည့်လူနာများကို နေ့စဉ် မနက် ကိုးနာရီ တွင် အရေးပေါ်ဌာန၌ ထိုးနှံပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

လုပ်ငန်းအဆင်ပြေမှုရှိစေရန် နှင့် လူအများအား ခွဲဝေထိုးပေးရခြင်း ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးမည့် လူနာများသည် မနက်ကိုးနာရီတွင် လာရောက်ပေးကြပါရန် အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
