💼 Pharmacy (In-charge) – 1 Post
💼 Supervisor (Customer Services) – 1 Post

📨 Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with relevant experiences.
• Sufficient knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical regulations
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Organize daily work schedule effectively and efficiently
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure medication safety
• Computer literacy (MS Office, hospital software)
📑 Responsibilities
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the hospital.
• Ensure proper storage, dispensing and inventory management of medicines.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.
• Communicate using appropriate terminology for the guest, their families and other healthcare professionals.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Maintain and monitor adequate inventory levels and order medications and supplies as need.
• Lead and manage to team performances and provide training as well
💼 Supervisor (Customer Services) – 1 Post
📨 Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Capacity to resolve issues and implement solutions to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
📑 Responsibilities
• Manage staffing for the Customer Service Department, including scheduling and performance management.
• Coach and train Customer Service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Negotiate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction through improved services.
• Arrange insurance and corporate services during OPD and IPD times.
• Address patient complaints and staff issues promptly.
• Initiate the Incident Notification process as required.
• Report customer feedback to the Manager for continuous service improvement.
• Ensure specialists are welcomed and cared for, particularly during OPD and IPD rounds.
• Coordinate necessary arrangements for specialists.
• Prepare resources for training and development of the fellow staff.
