Qualifications
__________________
(1) Bachelor of Medical Technology with certificate
(2) Minimal (3) years of clinical experience in any Private hospital
(3) Strong and systematic leadership and well interpersonal communication skills between paramedical teams and Non-medical teams
(4) Lead role in Laboratory especially in Stock maintenance and duty roster
(5) Continuous Monitoring and Supervision on the performance of subordinates
(6) Proactive inputs to reach the goals of the hospital and well fit-in the hospital administration board

- B. Med. tech ဘွဲ့လက်မှတ်ရှိရမည်။
- "Senior Med-tech "တစ်ဦးအနေဖြင့် ပုဂ္ဂလိကဆေးရုံ တစ်ခုခုတွင် အနည်းဆုံးလုပ်သက် (၃)နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
-ဓါတ်ခွဲဌာနတွင် စနစ်တကျ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ပြီး ဆေးရုံတွင်းရှိ အတူတကွ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြသော Medical teams နှင့် Non-medical teams တို့ကြားတွင်လည်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
-မိမိဌာနတွင်း Stock management နှင့် လက်အောက်ငယ်သားများ၏ တာဝန်ချိန်များကိုလိုအပ်သလို ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
-လက်အောက်ငယ်သားဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ဝန်ဆောင်မှု စွမ်းရည်တို့ကို အစဉ်လေ့လာပြီး တိုးတက်အောင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
-ဆေးရုံ၏ရည်မှန်းချက်များပြည့်ဝအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ဆေးရုံအုပ်ချုပ်မှုအဖွဲ့၏ တစိတ်တဒေသအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
