Job Descriptions -
¡ Assist the development and implementation of respective team promotion skills through knowledge and skills training
¡ Support the product and trade marketing plans and the achievement of respective product sales
Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all events activities such as new product launching, symposium, conferences, webinars, CME, etc.
Develop materials POSM and training materials and programs and look for potential new products development
Responsible to plan and design promotion materials and tools in time, and develop literatures to maximize brand awareness and for effective brand communications
¡ Provide product training to all the respective departments and teams as per requirement
¡ Supporting the team with the product promotion advice
Responsible for market analysis and survey and managing assigned product life cycle and price strategies
Monitor to competitive product development, innovative market development and effective brand activation activities to maximize brand
Coordinate to develop marketing plan with concerned Marketing Manager and Business Manager
Requirements â
¡ Any medical related degree holders and preferable B.Pharm or M.B.B.S.
¡ Good computer skills including Microsoft outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.
¡ Minimum 2 years of experience in related pharmaceutical promotion and marketing.
¡ Ability to manage the team to get sales achievement, knowledge development and promotion skills.
¡ High advanced planning skills and analytical skills, team building, brand building, initiatives on target, employee motivation, working on innovative ideas.

Product Manager â 1 Post (M/F)
Job Descriptions
¡ Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and product plans to achieve the assigned product portfolioâs business objectives.
¡ Oversee and guide product executives in executing promotional activities, training programs, and marketing campaigns effectively.
¡ Manage the full product life cycle including market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and phase-out plans.
¡ Identify and assess opportunities for new product launches and portfolio expansion based on market trends and customer needs.
¡ Plan, organize, and supervise events such as product launches, CME programs, symposiums, conferences, and webinars in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
¡ Establish and monitor KPIs for product performance and promotional effectiveness; prepare regular performance reports for management.
¡ Provide strategic product training to sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge and sales capability.
¡ Work closely with Business Managers, Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company objectives.
Requirements -
Bachelorâs degree in B.Pharm or M.B.B.S or preferred.
Minimum 4â5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing, or related functions.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Advanced planning, market analysis, and brand building capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive innovative marketing initiatives.
