Do u need to change body alignment correctly?
Proper body alignment is essential for not only looking good but also process of the muscles,bones and the joints of the whole body.It is very important in standing, sitting and walking.
Inproper body alignment can invite disavandages and diseases of the body when we donât know ourself.
Let say about this as example,
During going to or back from office, âDo we stand on one leg?â or âDo we stand on both legs equallyâ while we are waiting to take a bus.It is the very small case in our mind but it may be many disadvanges of the whole body.
If the person who like to stand on one leg,
You may have tightness and feel pain on the pressure leg.Moreover, It can cause bones and joints pain and then inhibit the blood circulation. So, we should avoid to stand on one leg for long time.
Then, we should care our back not to be flexion forward or not to be extension backward when sitting and walking.
Nowadays, kyphosis posture is especially popular in young people. So, we need to care our body alignment ever.
How to correct our body alignment
We will describe about most easiest correcting body alignment exercises.
First exercise is that our heels,calves,shoulders,back and head touch the wall and press to 5 sec.(Show as picture).10 to 15 times a day.
Second one is the Cat Cow exercise that we do prone kneeling on the plane and then flex and extend of the back.10 to 15 times a day.
If you donât know how to do, you should follow the physiotherapistâs instructions.
We advise to you not to neglect your body alignment as it can cause bones, joints,muscles pain and then it can enhance cardiac functions, pulmonary functions and gastro-intestinal functions.
