𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role ensures smooth office operations, effective HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and strong coordination between management and employees. The position reports directly to the Head of Department (HOD).

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Supervise office administration functions including fixed assets, equipment, facilities, and general office operations.
• Coordinate office supplies, maintenance activities, and vendor management.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records.
• Support management in administrative planning and daily operational tasks.
• Manage administrative advance requests, expense claims, and payment coordination with the Finance team.
• Ensure all administrative expenses comply with internal controls, approval authority, and budget guidelines.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on administrative expenses, advances, and claim status to the HOD.
𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Oversee the full recruitment process including manpower planning, job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll preparation including attendance, leave records, overtime, and related HR data.
• Manage employee leave, attendance, benefits, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy and labor law.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Law, company rules and regulations, and Social Security Board (SSB) requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Prepare HR and administrative reports and submit them to the HOD.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HOD.
• Act as a key communication link between management and employees to ensure smooth coordination.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• HR Certificate or HR Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration (Supervisor or Senior level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, rules and regulations, and SSB processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of office administration and HR management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude with strong ethics and confidentiality.
