๐๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ:
โพ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
โ
โพ Minimum 05 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated/process industries.
โ
โพ Basic knowledge of cleanroom technology, HVAC systems, and process machinery is required. The company will provide further training as necessary.
โ
โพ Sufficient knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
โ
โพ Having a background in project work will be an added advantage.
โ
โพ Excellent communication and project management skills.
โ
๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐๐จ:
โฝ Develop technical documentation, including CAD drawings, project plans, and specifications.
โ
โฝ Understand local government regulatory requirements for infrastructure and environment and obtain required approvals accordingly.
โ
โฝ Coordinate with consultants and technical experts to ensure that the facility complies with pharmaceutical cGMP, health & safety, and regulatory standards (e.g. WHO, Local Drug Authority, etc.).
โ
โฝ Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and Commercial to meet project timelines and budgets.
โ
โฝ Prepare cost estimates and manage capital expenditure within the budget.
โ
โฝ Ensure initiation of procurement of capital machinery through URS, conduct technical analysis of offers, and after successful FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), ensure smooth handover of machines followed by commissioning and qualification (both for process and utility areas) with the support of consultants and foreign technical experts or specialized teams.
โ
โฝ Work extensively and professionally with consultants (as applicable).
โ
โฝ Arrange regular follow-up meetings, provide regular progress feedback to management, and escalate issues whenever required.
