📌Psoriasis တိုင်း က တော့ silver scales မရှိဘူး
📌Inverse psoriasis typically presents as smooth, shiny, and bright red patches in skin folds (armpits, groin, under breasts) rather than the thick, silvery scales found in plaque psoriasis. Due to the moist environment of skin folds, scaling is usually absent, though fine scaling may occur. It is often accompanied by itching, pain, and sometimes skin fissure.

၁။ ဖြစ်ပွားရသည့်အကြောင်းရင်း (Etiology)

✅​ဒီရောဂါကို ဖြစ်စေတဲ့ အဓိကမှိုကတော့" Hortaea werneckii" ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
✅မြေဆီလွှာ၊ ရေနဲ့ ဆွေးမြည့်နေတဲ့ အပင်တွေမှာ တွေ့ရတတ်ပြီး အပူပိုင်းဒေသ (Tropical areas) တွေမှာ ပိုအဖြစ်များပါတယ်။

​၂။ ရောဂါလက္ခဏာများ (Clinical Features)

✅ နာကျင်တာ၊ ယားယံတာမျိုး မရှိဘဲ ပုံမှန်အရေပြားအတိုင်းပါပဲ။
​✅မှိုကထုတ်တဲ့ Melanin ကြောင့် မီးခိုးရောင်၊ အညိုရောင် ကနေ အမည်းရောင်အထိ ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။
✅​နေရာ: လက်ဖဝါး (Palms) မှာ အဖြစ်အများဆုံးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ခြေဖဝါး (Soles) မှာလည်း ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။
✅​ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်: အနားသတ်က သဲသဲကွဲကွဲ မရှိဘဲ ပျံ့နှံ့နေတတ်တဲ့ အကွက် (Irregular macule) ပုံစံမျိုးပါ။

✅ဤစနစ်သည် လက်တွေ့ကုသမှုတွင် ပိုမိုလွယ်ကူမြန်ဆန်ပါသည်။

🍀လူနာတွင် အရေပြားယားယံခြင်း (Itchy skin condition) ရှိရမည့်အပြင် အောက်ပါအချက်များထဲမှ ၃ ချက် (သို့မဟုတ်) ၃ ချက်ထက်ပို၍ ကိုက်ညီရပါမည်။

✔️History of skin crease involvement: တံတောင်ဆစ်ကွေး၊ ဒူးခေါင်းကွေး၊ လည်ပင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) မျက်လုံးတစ်ဝိုက်တွင် ဖြစ်ဖူးသည့် ရာဇဝင်ရှိခြင်း။
