Job Description
β’ Plan and implement daily sales activities including customer visits, follow-ups, sales calls, and complaint handling.
β’ Maintain and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
β’ Drive sales growth by expanding market coverage and increasing sales volume.
β’ Take responsibility for product branding, market expansion, and achieving sales targets through strategic sales planning.
β’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
β’ Participate in and occasionally manage trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
β’ Maximize profits through upselling and cross-selling additional products within the companyβs portfolio.

Job Requirements
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical Equipment and Consumables.
β’ M.B.,B.S, B.Med.Tech, or other relevant medical/technical background preferred.
β’ Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
β’ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute effectively across departments.
β’ Proven ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
β’ Good communication skills, including proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
β’ Must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally as required.
