Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding retail distribution, and executing in-store marketing initiatives for the company’s skincare brands. This role focuses on outlet expansion, promotional staff management, merchandising, and marketing engagement across independent and chained skincare retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and execute effective sales strategies within assigned territories
• Identify, develop, and onboard new retail outlets, including chained skincare stores and beauty retailers
• Plan and execute outlet expansion to improve brand reach and market coverage
• Manage marketing communication and engagement activities at potential and existing outlets
• Coordinate in-store promotions, product launches, sampling, and brand activations
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage Promotional Girls / Brand Promoters
• Monitor promoter performance and ensure strong product knowledge and brand representation
• Ensure optimal store placement, shelf positioning, and merchandising standards
• Manage POSM, displays, testers, and planogram compliance across outlets
• Build strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
• Prepare sales, outlet visit, and promotion performance reports
