TB LAM Ag is an immunochromatography test, for antigen detection Lipoarabinomannan (LAM) of Mycobactreia in urine by LAM as Lipopolysaccharide to be secreted in large amounts in people infected with tuberculosis. And can be detected in the urine, tuberculosis also has heat resistant properties (veal-stube) makes it difficult to disintegrate examination from a seized person with tuberculosis.

1.HIV-infected persons presenting with TB infection signs and symptoms are cough, fever, night aweats, and weight loss, regardless of CD4 count.

2. The value of CD4
Inpatients with CD4 < 200 cells/mm
Outpatient CD4 < 100 cells/mm

3. People with advanced HIV disease (AHD) or stage 3 and

4. HIV-infected Persons with Fever with Four Dangerous Symptoms
Respiratory rate > 30 breaths per minute
Body temperature > 39*C
Heart rate > 120 BPM
Inability to walk alone.
