Access to digital finance is rapidly increasing. But, without adequate consumer protection, millions are at risk. To address this, Consumers International has launched a new global report: Building Consumer Resilience in Digital Finance. Based on research and regulatory analysis, it highlights the gap between regulation and real-life outcomes and sets out a framework designing financial systems that are inclusive, safe, and grounded in the real needs of consumers. As a Member of Consumers International, Myanmar Consumers Union supports this work. We believe that to truly serve everyone, financial systems must reflect how people live, work and manage money.

A powerful family photo for a powerful purpose. 🌍

At , global leaders come together to shape the future.

The future is not something that happens to us — it’s something we shape, word by word, decision by decision.

“The proposals you've submitted, the consultations you've conducted, the red lines you've defended – this is multilateralism in its most genuine form. These are countries insisting on shaping their own futures. At a time when multilateralism faces many questions, your presence here constitutes an answer.” – UNCTAD Secretary-General Rebeca Grynspan
