𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
• To plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly calls to targeted doctors and customers
• To detail and promote our innovative products to the doctors through scientific communication
• Utilize and detail all promotional materials (samples, brand reminders, scientific articles etc.) effectively as per the direction from marketing / product management team to increase brand awareness and confidence for the concerned products and company
• To develop and establish strong KOL and KBL relationship through effective customer relationship management to maximize customer satisfaction and increase prescription of targeted products
• To prepare monthly sales plan to achieve assigned sales target for month, quarter and year
• To meet and excel in all effort’s parameters set by the company
• To practice sales closing and sales order taking from existing and new customers
• To find out and recruit new customers to get more business in assigned areas
• To identify the prescribers and potential of prescribers by conducting detailed survey for assigned products and their competitors at listed pharmacies
• To update current market information and competitor’s information, such as pricing, current products, new products etc.
• To identify and update the customer list (doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, polyclinics)
Qualification𝐬 ;
• Should have pleasing personality, impressive interpersonal relationship and selling skills
• Should be a Graduate (Preferably Science Graduate/ B. Pharm/ B.N. Sc Holder)
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in handling Cardiac and Diabetic products and overall, at least 3 + years of experience
• Knowledge of scientific terms used in pharmaceutical marketing is expected
• Improved proficiency in English language will be preferred but not a limitation for right candidate
• Should be willing to travel if the job requires

The primary role of FTM (Field Therapy Manager) in Zydus is to manage the existing product line of the pharmaceutical products, brand establishment and brand building and also new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and ex*****on.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
· Providing training, product knowledge, direction to the field operation team to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication skills both.
· To work with cross-functional teams like medical affairs, learning and development team
· Implementing brand plans/strategies for the product range along with market pe*******on strategy along with market research and competitor analysis in respective area
· SWOT analysis of product line (strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats) and guiding MSRs and the operation team to tap the opportunities and growth in the product sale.
· Creating local brand inputs and gifts for promotion like VA, LBL, Newsletter, flipcharts, or digital campaigns like website or app launch or webinar series, etc.
· Conducting meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, conferences, and ensuring brand visibility in the target audience segment of the company, which are healthcare professionals and hospitals.
· Conduct Regular Review to provide feedback on Performance Gaps & requirement for Improvement, Manage & Monitor Progress of Sales Activity, KOL development, KOL management and customer engagement.
· Motivating the operation team members by organizing training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs.

· Pharmacy graduate
· Must be at least 3 years experiences with pharma
· Can travel to all areas
